Carmen Manzoni, GRI, ABR, is the Broker of Record
for Manzoni Realty, Inc., and has been a real estate broker
for more than 30 years. Also a New Jersey Certified General
Real Estate Appraiser, Carmen has served as president of the
Trenton/Mercer and Atlantic/Cape Chapters of the National
Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. He holds a
Graduate Realtors© Institute designation and the
certification “At Home with Diversity” and is an
Accredited Buyers Representative. Carmen attended Rider
College and the University of Maryland.

Joyce R. Manzoni, e-PRO, GRI, Broker/Manager
at Manzoni Realty, Inc., has been selling real estate in the
Cape May area since 1992. Before earning her real estate
license, she worked as office manager of a subsidiary of the
New Jersey Builders Association and at a real estate firm in
East Brunswick, NJ. Joyce was the 2004 President of the Board
of Directors of the Cape May County Association of Realtors®
and the 2005 co-chairperson of the New Jersey Association of
Realtors® Risk Management Committee. She is the 2006
chairperson of the New Jersey Association of Realtors® Risk
Management Committee. She holds a Graduate Realtors®
Institute designation as well as the certification “At
Home with Diversity.” Joyce attended Upsala College,
Glassboro College and Atlantic Community College, focusing on
computer programming and real estate law.

John Manzoni has been licensed with the
family-owned business, Manzoni Realty, since 2001. He holds a
B.A. in Urban Studies from Rutgers University and has worked
in the engineering field. In addition to single family sales,
John is also knowledgeable in multi-family dwellings and
property management. His professional background has led him
to be familiar with following and interpreting neighborhood

Bob
Dimitrov welcomes the first-time buyer and is
knowledgeable about properties in both the Oceanside and
Bayside southern shore communities. He has a background in
the restaurant industry and speaks English, Bulgarian,
Russian and Macedonian fluently. Bob has lived in Cape May
since 1998 and is married with two children.

Lisa Snyder has lived in the area since 1989
and currently resides with her husband in Lower Township. She
has been a Realtor with Manzoni Realty Inc. since obtaining
her license in 2005. Lisa holds a B.A. degree in
Communication Arts and has worked in Advertising Sales. With
her knowledge of the Cape May area, she especially enjoys
